Why we are having this contest
Dutch Industries is the industry leader in direct seeding product development and innovations. We are always trying to improve the products that we are offering farmers. To help in our product development, we want a data-base of contacts to better understand the needs and desires of our customers. In order to collect the information that we desire, we are offering this contest to give away one complete set of Dutch openers to one lucky farmer selected from all those who have completely filled out all the required fields on our ballot forms and entered the contest as laid out below.
How to Enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
To enter the contest, simply complete the entire entry form. The entry form must be entirely filled out and received between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008.
INCOMPLETE ENTRIES DO NOT QUALIFY!
You can enter in the following ways:- By completed entry form (ballot) entered at any participating dealer location entry-barrel.

The Contest winner will be contacted by telephone.
Contest Rules
The contest is open to all farmers. You must provide us with your land location on entry ballot to qualify.
Employees of Dutch Industries, participating dealers, and sponsors and their immediate families are excluded from the contest.
The prize is NOT redeemable in cash, and must be accepted as awarded and intended – that is a free set of Dutch Industries knives including openers and tips to a maximum retail dollar figure of $21,000 (Canadian $). Example cited: set of Dutch regular Paired-row with NH3 kit and all the hardware.
Decisions of Dutch Industries judges are final.
The draw will be made on Friday, January 16, 2009 at 4PM at Dutch Industries through a computer generated random selection from the data base of qualifying entrants.
By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence and/or farm location for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcast, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, video tape, distribution over the internet and data picture storage) which Dutch Industries may deem appropriate. All entries become the property of Dutch Industries.
By entering the contest and providing personal information including but not limited to name, address, location, email address, home telephone information (the entry form information), the entrant accepts that Dutch Industries may use this information for data retention purposes and may use the information for future contact for sales and promotional purposes.
In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest or partners acknowledges that Dutch Industries may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using the prize.
The person whose name is drawn as being the winner of the specific prize will be required to answer a skill-testing question before the prize is awarded to them.
Dutch Industries retains the right, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
One entry per person.
Dutch Industries and their dealers take no responsibility for the entries that are deemed disqualified, lost, destroyed, misdirected, or improperly completed.
In the event of non-compliance with these rules and regulations by a potential contest winner, alternate winners may be selected.
